Spring and summer - March to October - is definitely the best time to travel the Greek islands, as you will experience near- perfect weather and the buzz of the high season when all the islands come alive, winter does not offer quite the same spectrum of delights for the holiday-maker and some hotels do not perate. If you are a ski aficionado, bowever winter in Greece could be very enjoyable.
