The Rainforest Discovery
Tour takes you to cool, quit forest of Lamington Plateau before continuing the Mount Tamborine with its panoramic views of the gold Cost and pacific Ocean. From here, you head towards to the Green Mountains, pausing for lunch before exploring old loading tracks, taking a walk across a suspension bridge over the tree tops and seeing the prolific plant, animal and bird life. You return via Canungra, an old saw-milling town and now home of the Australian Army's Jungle Warfare Training Center. You also visit fascinating "Underwater World" with its glass tunnels and moving walkways that allow you to see marine life(without having to get wet!) as well as the ginger factory and Bunya Park Wildlife Reserve.
