But there is much more to the city than shopping . Hong Kong , not surprisingly, serves some of the best Chinese food in the world - wether in one of the many smart restaurants or at street -side stalls . In addition to the subtle flavours of the local Cantonese dishes , the more piquant taste of peking cuisine , with its Mongolian influnce, and the spicy Szechuan dishes from western China are also well represnted .

Beijing
is the capital of china, and it is a cultural, political, and economical center. It is situated in the northeast China. Central to the city is (Tiananmen Square) means (heavenly peace) and it is the symbol of new China. It is the worlds largest, and perhaps most famous public square. There too many cultural and tourist attractions such as Mao's Mausoleum, the summer place, Zhoukoudian (modern residence of prehistoric peking man) Tian Tan (Temple of Earth) and Beihai Park, and Near Beijing there China Great Wall which is on of the world's seven wonders.
